You can play songs from your Apple Music app or any other app, and you can adjust the volume of the FitStar app so that you can hear instructions. I wish there were a button for music right on the workout screen, though. FitStar offers integration with other fitness apps and services, including Fitbit, MyFitnessPal ($0.00 at MyFitnessPal) , and the Jawbone UP.
